Eligibility
• Age groupings will be determined by a player’s age as of July 4, 2024.
• Participants must be a minimum age of 7 and maximum age of 16 years as of July 4, 2024.
• Participants must be pre-registered no later than 5pm CDT on July 4, 2024.
• Only the first 160 registrants will be accepted.

Qualifying Round
• All registrants will play a qualifying round on Monday, July 8.


Flights
• Flights are based on qualifying round gross scores.
• Players will be assigned to flights in five separate age groups for both boys and girls: 7–8, 9–10, 11–12, 13–14, and 15–16.
• There will be eight players per flight.
• Rounds for the 7–8 year old players will be played on holes #1 through #7. All other age groups will play 9-hole rounds.


Tournament Rounds
• The three-day match play tournament will begin on Tuesday, July 9, 2024. Learn more about match play from USGA >
• Half of the field is eliminated each day, and the champion of each flight is determined on Thursday, July 11.


Awards Ceremony
• The winner and runner-up of each flight in all age brackets will receive awards following the conclusion of each final match on Thursday, July 11.


Make-up Dates
• If inclement weather delays the completion of the tournament, the event will be extended as needed during the same originally-scheduled week.


Future Dates
• The 2025 event is scheduled for July 14–17.
